We invite you to AUTOMASSAGE workshops!

The workshop will be practical and is for everyone regardless of their level of advancement

The workshop will be led by Kasia Wojtera from Wizja Zdrowia. Kasia has been a trainer, instructor and educator of women’s health for 10 years. Currently undergoing a Yoga teacher training course. Kasia has extensive experience in conducting workshops, classes, individual sessions and her own online series “ENDORUCH”. Her mission is to share her practice and provide knowledge about healthy and conscious movement. Sign up to meet Kasia and learn the secrets of self-massage and the benefits it brings

During the meeting you will learn:
what does self-massage look like before and after practice/training/activity;
what equipment is appropriate for self-massage and why;
how you can use a roller to strengthen, increase flexibility and work on deepening the range of motion;
how to get rid of tension from your body on a daily basis

MEETING PLAN:
LEARNING TO BREATH.
AUTOMASSAGE.
A strengthening and elasticizing sequence using a roller/roller inspired by the Pilates method.
AUTOMASSAGE – using various equipment: rollers, massage balls, tennis balls, duoball, etc.
Relaxation with the sounds of instruments.
