TURKISH SWEETS – THREE-DAYS WORKSHOPS 18-20.02.2025, 12:00-14:00

We invite you to the first week of winter break at Wymiennikownia – and the theme will be TURKISH SWEETS Shhh… This isn’t about the well-known Turkish sweets everyone talks about!

Instead, we’ve carefully selected unique, lesser-known yet absolutely delicious treats that you can easily achieve in just three days. No need to worry about complex techniques—this workshop is designed for you to have fun while learning how to create mouthwatering Turkish desserts with simple, accessible ingredients. From delicate pastries to rich, syrupy delights, you’ll discover a variety of flavors that will transport your taste buds straight to the heart of Turkey. Best of all, these recipes are perfect for recreating at home, so you can surprise your family and friends with authentic Turkish sweets long after the workshop ends. And here’s the coolest part— we’ve got a “Sweet Bomb” recipe that’s gonna totally rock your taste buds!
