ASIAN CUISINE – THREE DAYS WORKSHOP 25-27.02.2025 12:00-14:00

We invite you to the second week of winter holidays in the atmosphere of Asian cuisine!

These workshops are for people who:

Have never tried these flavors,
Love Asian cuisine but have never attempted to prepare such dishes themselves,
Or for those who believe ramen ranks higher in the hierarchy than traditional Polish broth
What exactly will we be doing?
For three days, we will explore Asian specialties that you can easily recreate at home Each day we will prepare something different – dividing it into sweet and savory days!

Day 1 and 2 – Savory flavors!
We will taste and learn to cook two popular, flavorful Asian dishes:

RAMEN – in its basic version
Spring rolls – packed with vegetables and flavor!
Day 3 – Sweet delight!
We will prepare a traditional dessert that amazes with its delicacy and aroma – the mysterious mooncakes.

It won’t be complicated – just pure joy of making and, of course, eating

The workshops will be led by our volunteer Valeriia, who came to us for a year of volunteering as part of the #EuropeanSolidarityCorps project. Her stay with us is made possible through the cooperation of Wymiennikownia and the Youth Cooperation Center in Gdynia
