Come join our workshops where we’ll be CLOSING SUMMER IN A JAR!
We’ll learn how to prepare delicious homemade summer preserves.
If you love cooking and want to discover the secrets of traditional home cuisine, these workshops are made for you! 

We’ll experiment with different summer flavors, creating mouthwatering treats that you’re sure to enjoy.
What will we be making? 

 Tomato salsa with coriander
 Roasted tomato and plum sauce
 Strawberry and basil confiture
 Apricot and carrot jam
 Caramelized apples
 White onion chutney

All the ingredients will be provided on site, as well as jars in various sizes and beautiful labels to decorate your creations.

Over the course of three days, while we prepare the dishes, we’ll also talk about various pasteurization methods and why making your own preserves is definitely worth it. 

Don’t forget to bring a bag to carry your preserves home!
