My name is Martyna Prościńska. I’m the manager of this place and a social animator. I enjoy sharing my experiences, and working with young people is pure pleasure for me. I’m interested in topics related to Polish design and urban design, as well as psychology and sociotherapy. At WM, I lead creative workshops and moderate various meetings. I’m the designated contact person for the Social Innovation Laboratory unit, serving as a point of contact for children and young people. I introduce them to the world of bureaucracy and answer questions related to our work. I’m an animal and book lover. Hi! My name is Elif and I come from the beautiful capital of Belarus, Minsk.

I graduated from the University of Linguistics and teach English and German. I’m a volunteer at Wymiennikownia and will be with you until July 2026 😉

I love makeup, fashion, and creating YouTube videos. In the future, I’d like to pursue a career in the beauty industry.

I always want to develop myself—I’m currently learning Polish. Wytwarzownia is a chance for me to express myself, learn from others, and step outside my comfort zone. I love breaking stereotypes and discovering new possibilities.

Hi, my name is Greta and I’m from Armenia. I’m a new volunteer at Wymienia. I studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Armenia and am particularly interested in photography, character design, and mountain hiking.

I love discovering new things, learning from others, and sharing my own knowledge and experiences. I’m open-minded, curious, and always happy to share ideas, skills, and inspirations.
