10 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WYMIENNIKOWNIA!

1. Wymiennikownia is a youth centre for people agde 13-35 years old
This age is defined by the European Union as young people.

2. You can visit us whenever you want – it’s free!
We are a public institution, which means that our entire offer is free. Our doors are open       Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm.

3. We hold classes and workshops based on the “youth to youth” formula
Here you will find dance, art, sewning, handicraft and sports classes conducted by young, talented and creative people.

4. We are open to your initiatives
If you want to organize your own classes, workshops or thematic meeting, you can get support from the Wymiennikownia’s employees and prove yourself as a leader or organizer.

5. A place for meetings, conversations and chillout
Our space is large and everyone will find a place for themselves. You can come over to chat, have a cup of coffee and tea, use a laptop, study in the silence room, and even cook something.

6. We have a lot of cool stuff here!
There are books, DVDs, art and sewing materials, sports and multimedia equipment, a
photographic film scanner, a TV set and kitchen accessories at your disposal.

7. Wymiennikownia is a friendly place for interns and volunteers
You can do your compulsory internships in schools and studies or become our volunteer. We are also open to people from abroad

8. We like to support youth initiatives and activities for young residents
We are glad to undertake partnership and cooperation with schools, universities, municipalities and NGOs.

9. Maximum possibilities – minimum formalities
We only require a one-time completion of the participant card. If you are an adult, you can do in the spot. If not, it is enough for you to bring the already completed card signed by the parent / legal guardian

10. We are glad to help, talk and suport
You can always come to us and talk. The participants and employees of the Wymiennikownia are open and willing to help. If you have a problem or need help, contact us and we will surely find a solution
